These terms represent a legally binding agreement between you, an individual user or a single entity (”you” or "User"), and parkwood regarding your use of the websites. Together, users and parkwood are each referred to herein individually as a "Party" or collectively as the "Parties". You have the right to opt-out of the arbitration clause and the class action waiver as explained in section 24. This section does not apply to eu users.
